This is a Refundable security deposit of up to Rs 3000 will be charged. During limited-period offers, this amount might be lower. It will be refunded within 5 bank working days of booking's end time. After the trip ends you can check the refund processing stages in your account profile post verification of fastag charges and traffic violations. Please note traffic violations will be reflected in the government portal after 2 days of booking’s end time.
Based on customer requirements we are providing multiple kilometer packages, each kilometer package in terms of kilometer limit. The total kilometres limit for your booking is determined by multiplying the duration of your booking with the hourly "Kilometres limit" of the pricing plan that you select. If extra more kilometres are driven than the total kilometres limit of your booking, the additional kms attract "extra kms charges", which vary by the car model and the city.
Kindly note all our kilometer packages are without fuel, there will be sufficient fuel we request to return back the same fuel. Kindly note we will NOT be able to reimburse fuel bills shared with us .
Vehicle Cleanliness and Spills: Please Maintain Cleanliness of the Vehicle - A fee of RS500 will be charged for any spills or garbage left in the vehicle. Additionally, smoking or lingering ash odors will incur a cleaning fee of RS3000.Drive Responsibly on Safe Roads - We kindly request that you only drive on properly paved roads. If you venture onto unpaved or muddy roads, a cleaning and inspection fee of RS750 will apply if any dirt, sand, or mud is found inside the car.

Proper Maintenance of Engine Water Levels - To prevent engine failure, please ensure that the water levels in the vehicle engine are properly maintained. Any necessary repairs resulting from negligence in this regard will be the customer's liability.
Immediate Action for Overheating - In the event of the vehicle overheating, it is imperative to immediately turn off the engine and inform the owner. Failure to take immediate action will make you liable for any resulting repairs.
Customer Responsibility for Parking and Toll Charges - The customer is solely responsible for any parking tickets or toll charges incurred during the rental period.
Return the Vehicle on Time - Please return the vehicle to the designated location within the specified time. Late returns will be subject to charges at the maximum daily rate. For information regarding charges for exceeding the rental period, kindly contact the owner.
Strict Prohibition on Subleasing - Subleasing the car to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Vehicle Monitoring and Theft Prevention - The car will be monitored using navigation technology. Any deviation from the identified trip location or suspected malpractice will be treated as theft.
Maximum Speed Limit - The maximum speed limit for the rented vehicle is 110 km/hr. Exceeding this limit will result in a charge of RS100.
Repairs at Authorized Dealerships - In the event of any damage to the car, repairs should only be carried out at authorized dealerships.
Insurance Coverage for Damages - Please note that damages below 1 lakh rupees will not be covered by insurance unless an insurance pack subscription has been purchased.
Strict Prohibition on Smoking and Alcohol - Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the car. The car is equipped with sensors that will prevent ignition if alcohol is detected
Immediate Reporting of Damages or Issues - It is essential to immediately report any damages or issues to the owner. Please contact the owner at 9962227523 or 9962027523.
Fuel Level Upon Return - When returning the vehicle, please ensure that the fuel level matches the provided level. Refunds will not be issued for any excess fuel.
Non-Refundable Last-Minute Cancellations - Please note that last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Contract Audit and Charges - This contract is subject to final audit and charges as determined by the owner.
Fastag Recharge Responsibility - Fastag should be recharged on your own, as the company will not be responsible for the balance and negative payments
